Helen Allen

Helen Allen paints intuitively and her paintings are a journal of her unconscious mind. In discovering her voice and vocal harmonic sound, she is currently expressing this transformational experience in her new series of acrylic paintings on canvas.

She teaches intuitive painting on an individual basis, as well as in groups at Creative Journeys, using guided visualisation, colour healing, drums, percussion and voice, as facilitation tools.
